Squam River Landing-A Boat Slip Condominium is a privately owned condominium association located at the mouth of Squam River on the west side of Little Squam Lake in Ashland, New Hampshire.

SRL-A Boat Slip Condominium was established in 2006 by the NHNY Marina Development, LLC.  The association is located on approximately 2.84 acres of land and is made up of 102 privately owned Condominium Units consisting of 70 open/uncovered slips, 32 covered boathouses and 2 convertible spaces.

The association also has use of an on-site bathhouse and currently has access to a meeting room/clubhouse as well as rooftop deck for relaxing and socializing.

SRL-A Boat Slip Condominium is governed as a condominium association by a Board of Directors consisting of four (4) officers and (3) directors. Officers serve a 1-year term, directors serve a 3-year term.  All are elected by the owners at the club’s annual meeting as outlined in the Club’s By-Laws.
